Meet Your Energy Assessor
Hi, I am Talulah. I am a Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor based in Wirral, with additional training in traditional buildings.
I started Wirral Home Performance so you can deal with me directly, ask questions, and understand the property — not just collect a certificate.
Why this service exists
A basic EPC visit can leave you with a document and little else. I want you to understand where the home stands and what might be worth considering next. That is especially useful if you are thinking about improvements, or if the house is older.
